Why Powerlifting?

Powerlifting is a barbell sport that tests the combined efforts for maximum weightlifted between Squat, Bench, & Deadlift. If you want to build your strength, resiliency and maximum capability then powerlifting is for you!

You will learn the proper way to train the Big 3 lifts and how to become an overall better athlete in the process. Join our Powerlifting club Saturdays at Noon to be apart of our strong community.
